We do not deliver care. We are not a Support at Home provider. The registered provider is whoever your family has chosen.

We do not take commissions from providers. Ever. If a provider offers us a referral fee we say no, because that is the kind of incentive that turns help into sales.

We do not recommend specific providers. We show market rates and quality signals neutrally. The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission publishes the official ratings.

We do not give clinical advice. That is the role of the GP and the care team.

We do not give financial product advice. That is the role of a licensed adviser.

What we do. Read statements, watch budgets, draft letters, surface anomalies and keep families on the same page. That is enough.
